if it fills and then just sits there check the motor brushes as mentioned above

hi,does the washer drain the water?.if the washer fills and drains take the back panel off and inspect the drive belt and motor brushes.if the washer doesn't drain the water inspect the filter and pump for a blockage.have you any leds flashing or illuminating ??.
