nokia ck-7w hands free?

i have a nokia hands free unit that has decided to answer an incoming call automatically after two rings on the mobile without even accepting the call, i have checked the phone setting, its fine until connected via bluetooth. is the hands free unit faulty or is the problem related to a setting.
