Mend Vaillant ecotec plus 831 Boiler Pressure Bars

Have overfilled my valliant ecotec plus831 boiler so pressure gauge is 3.2 ?

Have overfilled boiler so pressure guage is 3.2 bars when heating is on, how can i reduce the pressure

need to drain water from system u can do few ways drain by radiator by opening rad nut only enough so water will come out slowly nut nearest to radiator have small pot and bucket need to drain 2/3 pints should shold be enough or safety valve in boiler better doing it by radiator
