Grandscenic Leaky Air con & Blowers?

Having read the forum I see there are LOTS of issues with the Grand Scenics Air con.

My blowers have stopped and although I get a tiny bit of heat through, I have a leak into my passenger footwell - I am assuming its linked.Ive tried sealing the tank with K-Seal but to no avail and I now cant de-mist my windows/warm up etc etc. All lights are working on the dash - just the blowers and heater/cooler system.

Any advice on WHAT parts and HOW TO FIX would be greatly appreciated.
