Mend Servis XL6 Washing Machine Loud Noise Slow Spin

How can i fix my servis xl6 washing machine?

My servis xl6 will only spin slowly and when it tries to spin on fast spin it makes a terribly loud klanking noise and the drum turns slowly and kinda looks uneven...but the belt is fine
