where can i get a replacement-base unit for a Telstra 7200a?

The Telstra main base unit with the answering machine is fine ,but one of the extra base units that only require mains power,doesnt seem to work,as its not recharging the phone,and it doesnt beep when you put the phone on the base to charge.At first i thought it was the battery in the handset,but ive ruled that out.
