Mend Cookshop 7865 Oven Thermostat Kitchen

Cookshop Large Halogen Oven 7865 230v 50Hz 1300W?

The heating element works but the thermostat does not, consequently there is no control of the heating system. What do I need to fix it, and where will I be able to purchase the nesessary parts?
