Mend Potterton Promax Combi Boiler Central Heating Thermostat

Potterton Promax Combi- hot water but no heating?

My boiler gives plenty of hot water but the c/h will not come on. The c/h water pressure is ok, the thermostat is asking for the boiler to start, but it is not. Any ideas?
