no driving lights?

my parking lights and full beam work fine but when i turn the handle to normal driving lights i only get parking lights brightness. all the other lights front and back work fine.all the fuses are fine to .have not yet checked the bulbs as surly they can not both blow at the same time

I would definitely check the bulbs first,and YES they can blow at the same time,I've changed many a bulb to find that it's mate packs in a few days (or less)later,they will be the same age and have the same life span(approx)buy two.
