I cannot turn off alarm,and immobiliser on my 1996 vauxhallfrontera sport?

I have a 1996 Vauxhall Sport S Apache which has been fine until the other day, after opening the door and putting the key into the ignition, the alarm went off, and the immobiliser would not allow me to start the vehicle, both systems will not reset to normal

i had same prob other day after renewing battery
after a hour of trying i decided to check all fuses
the hazard lights where flashing all time but no alarm untill i turned ignition to on
i found taking the central locking fuse killed the alarm going off
so i tried to start anf hey presto sorted.
no central locking tho
