how can i open my door on washer when its jammed?

hi,the pump is blocked or at worse failed .switch off the power,remove the small panel on the bottom rear of the appliance.you can remove the pipe coming from the drum to the pump or remove the drain pipe from the pump and unscrew the pump from the pump housing .once you have relieved the washer of its water you will be able to open the door.get ready for a large amount of water when you renove the pump .
