Our GW709AU washing machine is not working correctly you put it through a normal cycle and it just stops without completing the cycle and there is water still in the bowl. When you turn it off at the power point the machine won't power up again.
Not enough info. What part of the cycle does it stop? Does it beep & show an error code along the top row of lights? Maybe it is when it gets to the drain part. Try putting machine on final spin & press start. Will it drain the water ok? If no water coming out, can you hear a humming noise down low? If yes then that is the drain pump trying to go and can't because it is blocked. It will overheat if left humming and then power will go off until the pump cools down.
