HI, I have an AEG L 14510 V1 and something seems to have slipped under the drum , between the rubber flange around the door and drum.
Its rubbing on whatever is underneath.
Is there a way to get to the nderside of the drum / housing or is it a call out?
depends where the object is.if it is between the drum and rubber door seal it can be a total strip down required.if its gone under the drum then removing the heating element can sometimes work to gain access.shine a torch down between the rubber and the drum if you suspect it is down there and hope you can retrieve it.if its metal a magnetic pickup tool may help
