How to replace the lower element in a Baumatic BT2950?

Hi,
The lower element in the small oven of my Baumatic BT2950 has stopped working. I took the back of the cooker off and found the electrical connections for the element but it looks like the element has to be removed from the front but I'm not sure what I have to dismantle to get access to the element. could someone help please
