how can i fix a delonghi heater?

sure it can, you need to take the cover off were the cable goes in to the body of the heater, with a screwdriver .take a photo of were the wires go with your phone, so you know were the wires go . when you get the new cable, go to your hardware store, bring a the old cable with you, so you can get the same cable. power rateing, get 3 0r 4 feet of new cable , check your phone photo, and put the new wire on the same as the old one was, make sure to tighten up all the screws on the new wires, put the cover back on , ,and test it , ps/ have it unplughd when working on it , its a easy job if you take your time ,
