Bosch KDV28V00 Fridge Freezer?

My husband thought our fridge freezer had broken as he couldn't hear the motor humming and the interior light bulb was off. Opening the fridge freezer it still appeared to be working as the back wall and food/liquids cold. We changed the bulb and it worked for an hour or so but then blew again. Do you know what the problem may be? There isn't excess ice. Thanks, Emma
