how can i fix my washing machine hotpoint first edition wma 10?

sounds like the door lock interface .try removing and cleaning .it could also have shorted out and in most cases it will have blown the triac on the front pcb .three wires going to the door switch one red two white ,.if the interface has become faulty it will not be sending a feed to the pcb .the interface is wired in series so if that goes down then no power to anything else.
