Ford Falcon AU2 window winds up, but not down. Can somebody please help?

Window on the passenger side winds up, but not down. I've tried switchin the plug the opposite way and it winds down but not up. The driver side switch does not wind the window up or down and has no control anymore. I've already clean the switches, swapped them with the driver side one which works and nothing. Can someone help me with this. Thanks
