99 saab 93 se turbo?
ALL lights came on,breaks,abs.check engine light.Garage repaired all, shorts and loose parts.Speedometer works when car sitting for a day or two.Now speedometer stopped working again.Everything else works,no lights on, it passed inspection. Any hints?
