how do i replace the washer pump on saab 93?

Can anyone provide an idiots guide on how to replace the washer pump which has blown during the recent cold weather?

You need to remove the wheel arch liner for access to the washer bottle and pump(s). From memory there are 4 bolts and 2 plastic nuts that hold it in place.

I don't know about generic pumps fitting, but you can get pattern cheaper than Saab OEM from Scantech
