The same problem happened to my Home-Tek steam mop today. It was started after I let it used up all water in the water tank, which probably caused air to be trapped in the system.
I managed to fix it using a bicycle pump:
- fill the water tank with water.
- turn on the device
- pump air through the little hole located at the white cap of the water tank. (do not remove the white cap)
The pump pressurized the water tank, which unblock the passage. Hope this help.
