Mend Zanussi ZWF 1632 Washing Machine Solenoid Fault

zanussi zwf 1632 washing machine fault?

The door solenoid clicks twice but the machine does not start. it then flashes and beeps 4 time which according to the manual the door is not shut properly. However it is, if i changed the door solenoid is this likely to fix the problem
