clarion car cd player?

hi... can anyone help me...my clarion car cd player, pu 2471A ( J ) clicks when its on and stops when i turn it off the cd and radio work when its clicking and now a message comes up economy mode ative and now the cd or the radio doesnt work? please can someone help. thank you
