2007 alfa see ya fuseboxes?

I recently purchased a 2007 Alpha See Ya. Now I am having trouble with lights not working and the horn not working. I am assuming it is fuses but cannot locate the fuseboxes. There is nothing in the manuals that came with the unit. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
