Mend TRIO Onyx Mp3 Player Plays

I have a TRIO Onyx (2 GB) MP3 Player and i need to know how to fix it??

My mp3 player wont turn on or off and when it is on I can't see anything but a white screen and when it plays it will only play a song for 10 seconds and then go to a different song. So how can I fix it?
