my bar gauge is reading 2.2 bar how do i get it down?

i have a ferroli optimax he 31c and the bar gauge is reading 2.2 bar how do i get it down without blowing up my house

bleed water out of radiator using a vent key, the pressure gauge will drop after a couple of pints are removed.
