If a self owned former company vehicle check with authorities and your insurer keeping it on may give cheaper insurance.
If comany vehicle that's illegal and you will be driving for that company un-insured and in some countries( it's a world forum) you could face jail time plus other offences you'd be comitting and claims against you not the company.

you can't ..only iveco dealers have the software ...also it's illegal ..
