Mend Diplomat ADP0500 Oven Gas Door

Changing the rubber seal on diplmat GAS oven Model ADP0500?

How to change the door seal on Gas Diplomat oven which bedded in the frame. I have to remove the door before I could get on to the rubber, which has been secure with 4screws. Can any one help?
