Mend Sportcraft TX 5.0 Treadmill Error Code Display

Why am I getting #3 on the display on my sportcraft tx 5.0 read out? ?

I turn on my treadmill and it runs for a few seconds then stops and a #3 shows on the read out. Why? and how do I fix it? It is a sportcraft tx 5.0
