how do i remove triangle plate for door mirror on a fiesta?

I have a 2001 fiesta flight. I need to remove driver triangular plastic plate on inside of door. Is it just a flip off or do I have to remove the whole door panel. or is there a specific tool.

The triangle plate on your door just flips off, but you need to make sure to unscrew the small surround around the wing mirror adjuster. If not then contact main dealer and they will tell you.
