Mend Hotpoint WM74 Check Fine Turn

How to fix Hotpoint WM74?

My Hotoint Aquarius WM74 is telling me to 'check outlet pipes'?
we do this and all seems fine but then when we turn machine on again it starts up happily drain out but 15 mins later does the message "the check outlet pipes" appears again
keeps repeating this -
any ideas

I’ve tried to use my very log washing machine that’s been working well but can’t start the wash as the door is still open even when I shut it, would this be just a micro switch buggered?
It’s a hotpoint aquaraius wash system plus wm74 model
