Mend Beko FF187E Still Not Working

defrosted my FF187e but it still not working?

i have done all the melting the ice block on the supposed frost free freer but when i reset it ususally works but as soon as i open the door it stops working??? help i don;t want to buy new just had to replace carpets and washer because of flood!!!!! :-(

How do you mean, it stops working, If you refer to a fan running, and stopping when you open the door, It is suppossed to stop. Otherwise it is trying to cool the whole room, If ice build up, on a frost free unit, probably fault with defrost heater. Could be a sensor, or the heater itself.
