Mend Cannon Harmony Dual Fuel Burner

Cannon Harmony Dual Fuel burner ring has uneven flame?

The left front burner on my Cannon Harmony Dual Fuel cooker has an uneven flame and has lost pressure compared to the other burners. The flame is almost non-existent on one part of the burner.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
