how can i fix my vortoplast 1?

If the fuse is ok the electric is on and the machine wont flush when the toilet is flushed just push the test button on the top right of the macerator lid just in front of the discharge pipe if the machine hums or is getting hot on the right hand side of the box then the machine has a blockage and will need it removing,
if the machine bursts into life and clears the pan quickly then there is water in the pressure switch and will need clearing or replacing and if all else fails ring the number mentioned in the previous answer above
The push button is often refered to as a reset button however it shorts out the pressure switch to test the motor and the motor has to run as long as you push the button.

If your machine is one of the many Vortoplast look alike Clones made in China the above instructions will also apply.

My experience is the best thing to do is give thr UK agents a call on 01684 594590 they will give you all the free advice and information you need Being the established experts in the UK for over 20 years they stock all the avaliable spares or machines you might need.
I would say the pressure switch is flodded test it by pressing the black bitton on the top of the machine if it runs ok then its the switch.
