you will need to drain the carb of fuel ,there is a small screw on the side of the carburettor right at the bottm on the float bowl .undo the screw about two turns and leave it for about 20 seconds untill all the fuel in it is on the floor dont worry will not emty the whole fuel tank.then it should start after a few turns over it will need to get more fuel in the carb so it could take a minute or two i would suggest a new spark plug too.DO NOT open the throttle when you are trying to start it it will not like it just press the start button and when it has run for a minute then you can open the throttle up to clear it out.
