My Bex Bissell Pro Heat doesn`t let water out is there anything I can do?

yes take it apart. clean the heater . usually clogged. it the long thin metal piege with 7 screws. burried in the bottom under the water tank. also clean the ports. hope that helps. there is also a you tube video on this.
