Multiple problems after installing new ignition barrel on ford Mondeo LX es?

1998 Ford Mondeo LX Estate, 2L.
My car was stolen, I changed the ignition barrel, since then the electricks thinks the closed driver door is open!when closed, the alarm and central locking is going crazy and I cant open the doors (centrally locked) HELP
