Mend Polti Valporetto 2400 Unscrew Water Fill

How can I unscrew the water fill ?

I have a Polti Valporetto 2400 and I can't fill it, because the black plastic top rotates but doesnt unscrew the system, so that I can put water in .
How then can I unscrew to add water ? Please help :-)
