Samsung RV 510?

Our SAMSUNG RV510 laptop has stopped working???

We plugged it in and pressed the power button, it's lights up blue (makes a little start up noise) and thats it... no screen no 'wirring' to show it's working only the blue light and the amber light to show the power supply is plugged in.

We have:
Tried to restart (CTRL ALT DEL)
Taken out the battery and left it out for a few mins
Pushed the power button and held in till it went off
Randomly pushed buttons and mouse clicks...out of desperation

Any ideas on what we should do next or what the problem may be?
