I can't view my S100 contents on windows explorer?

my pc had the recycler virus. I decided to do a virus check on my iriver S100 using mcaffee virus scan. although the files are still there they are hidden from windows explorer and i am unable to access my files?

I am a total noob when it come to these gadgets.
