Passenger side door will not open?

My stilo passenger door will not open from either inside or from the outside. the central locking still works but no opening of the door, I have now snapped the door handle on the outside trying to open it? now the driver's door seems to be sticking when tryin to open it from the inside,sometimes I have to open my window to open the door. It is a 02 reg. anybody else having all these problems, if it's not one thing it's another. I t was a lovely car when I first purchased it now I wish I never had it...
