sam4s er-5115 II?

keyboard do not work. it is froze. i am getting message 8888888888. i tried to ring up 15*1.39. as soon as i hit subtotal it froze. help please

Have you tried the initial clear. This will be in your manual. Make sure it is the initial clear, not the Memory all clear.
