Door Open Switch (Right Front) for 2003 Renault Scenic ?

Hi, Can someone help me on how to fix the door-open switch (Right Front) for 2003 Renault Scenic. I have tried to pull it out but it did not work. I suspect there is someway to remove a panel behind it for better access. Also, do I need to buy one off a Renault dealer or any other car's switch would do?
