Mend Neff B1442 Oven Electric Cooker Reset

Neff B1442 Oven clock not working?

The clock on a B1442 Neff oven blinks 0:00 and does not allow the time to be set. when the set button is pushed it shows C03 then reverts to 0:00. Is there a way to reset/ reboot the clock
