2002 ford mondeo ghia 6006E 6cd changer (front loader)?

I had just loaded 6 new cds then got the error3 message took the car to an electronics repair shop they could not fix it and could only remove 3 cds in the process any advice on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated or where i could find a replacement at a good price?
