Electric windshield wiper conversion wiring?

How do I hook up my 12 Volt wiper motor? It has 3 terminals +, -, s ? It is a conversion kit for vacuum to electric wipers on my 1940 Ford. I assume - is ground, + is power and s is switch. I've misplaced the original diagram I had.
