radio quality?

MP3 is very whidely used and anybody can use it.
MP2 is rarely used. Some peoples can't use that format.

If you have access to the same material with both formats, you should try both and make your decision based on what YOU perceive.

If you want to publish your material, and want everybody to be able to access it, you should use MP3.
