hotpoint aquarius dwf50?

the washer is getting as far as rinse , it then shows the delicate light flashing. the rinse aid light flashes but we have put some in.
the drying process does not work the items in side are still wet and a film is left on them, and there seems to be no heat for drying
any ideas
