Mend Amica APM 6855 Defrosting Temperature Appliance

Freezer is on E, no E on intruction manual APM 6855?

The power was off yesterday, when it came back on we set the fridge freezer, this morning the fridge say +6 freezer is on -E and is defrosting & it won't change settings at all, can you help me? in the manual there is nothing for E to tell us what that is.
