Mend Washing Machine Filter Problem

my machine fills then stops?

my machine will fill but then stops i have checked the filter,tried resetting it,set it without anything init and checked the waste pipe nothing seems to work.

well its not the brushes suspect it maybe one the the swiches or wires havent got a clue

you can hear it draining,no the drum doesnt move at all,

if you select spin can you hear the drain pump running?.does the drum move at all?.if not suspect motor brushes are worn out
